Your Eye Care Team

Lee Turner, O.D.

Dr. Turner started to work with his dad, Roy Turner, O.D. in August, 1979.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He received his optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.  He is a member of the Triad Optometric Society, the North Carolina State Optometric Society and the American Optometric Association.

He and his wife Donna live in Eden and raised two children here.  He enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach and the mountains, Jimmy Buffet music and watching college sports.

Tonya

Tonya is the accounts manager and helps in the frame room and with special testing.  She started with Family Eye Care while in high school.

Marcena

Marcena is the optical and lab technician.  She maintains the inventory of frames and sees the optical orders through to completion.

Samantha

Samantha is Dr. Turner's optometric technician and does special testing, keeps the contact lense inventory and orders and assists Dr. Turner.  She also started working at Family Eye Care part-time while in high school.

Margaret

Margaret joined the Family Eye Care team in 2010 and has worked in other eye and medical offices in the area.  She coordinates the schedule, billing, and correspondence.
